In our company, we strongly believe in the importance of caring for the environment and promoting sustainable development in all our activities. For this reason, we are committed to reducing CO2 emissions in our tourism activity and to offsetting those that cannot be avoided.
As members of Turismo Costa del Sol, we are part of a community that promotes sustainability in tourism. In collaboration with this organization, we are carrying out initiatives to achieve a zero balance of CO2 emissions, including reforestation of our province through the creation of forests and the acquisition of CO2 offsetting rights.
In addition, we support research for the conservation and improvement of our marine environments and their ecosystems, as well as participation in projects to reduce our environmental footprint.
Thanks to our commitment and efforts, we have significantly reduced our carbon footprint.

To be able to deliver an attention with the closeness and warmth of an authentic hospitality, can only be achieved with passion. It was time to do it, in 2011 Carlos Pérez-Lanzac founded CALETA HOMES.
After years being close to this exciting project, in 2019 we had the honor to incorporate Jannich Petersen and Niels Turfboer to our Advisory Board to contribute with their vision, values and experience.
Jannich Friis Petersen has developed his career in business development, strategic planning and execution of objectives at a C-level. He has been in the Vacation Rental industry for more than 6 years as CEO of a platform specialized in Vacation Rental, leader in the Spanish market, and lately as a partner of Spain-Holiday.com. Provides industry knowledge, market trends and strategy.
Niels has worked in financial services for over twenty years, with entrepreneurial focus on growing businesses. He recently build it up from the ground what it is now a leading global FinTech. He is a regular public speaker and commentator on topics related to business finance and financial technology, including outlets such as Forbes, The Financial Times and CNBC.

Carlos is the founding President of the Vacation Rentals Association in Andalusia (AVVA) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Vacation Rentals Spanish Federation (FEVITUR). He is also a member of the Tourism Commission at the Chamber of Commerce of Andalusia (CEA), at the Business Association South of Spain (CESUR) and at the Costa del Sol Tourism Forum. He is the founder of VITUR Summit, a European Holiday Rental event.
