The villa is built in charming Spanish style around an interior patio with a 400-year-old olive tree that gives the house its very own spirit and mindfulness. Beautiful stone floors, glass walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and quality construction with a tasteful minimalist decor, make this house a unique experience for a memorable vacation.
The villa has a large swimming pool that can be heated in the winter months, as well as a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols and comfortable lounge furniture.
Outdoor kitchen with bar and BBQ area with 2 refrigerators, one freezer, wine cooler, ice cube machine, drinking water and sink, dishwasher and electrical awning above the bar. Quality patio furniture, provides ample opportunity for some pleasant evenings on the terrace.
Inside; fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan with the dining areal which is furnished with a sturdy wooden table and seating for 10. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor terrace.
A staircase descends to the level of the living room that is beautifully decorated with comfortable leather corner sofa, where you can enjoy a good book or watch a movie on the flat screen. DVD, Wi-Fi, radio available of course.
In the villa there are a total of 5bedrooms and sleeps for 12 guests.
1 bedroom: Entrance from the hall of the ground floor. Double Bed, flat screen TV, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom en-suite with shower.
2 bedrooms: Entrance on the ground floor on the other side of the patio compared to bedrooms 1. Double Bed, flat screen TV, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom en-suite with shower.
3 bedrooms: Master bedroom on the first floor. Very spacious bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom en-suite with both shower and bathtub. Balcony and large sliding doors with a unique view to the pool area and the majestic mountains of Marbella.
4 bedroom: Located downstairs / basement and has direct access to the pool area. Double Bed, flat screen TV, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom en-suite with shower.
5 bedroom: 2 Double Beds (4 sleeps), flat screen TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom en-suite.
The house is exclusive located only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella. About 500 meters from the house is a small shopping arcade with several restaurants, ice cream parlour and supermarket.
There are more than 10+ golf courses within a radius of 10 km and the nearest is Los Naranjas and Las Brisas. The house is well located for the sights of southern Andalusia and where you can visit everything from the Alhambra in Granada, beautiful Malaga, the old town of Marbella, the mountain town of Ronda, Gibraltar and much, much more.
