Very charming and beautiful Spanish villa, located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings near Algarrobo, only 15 min. drive from Torre del Mar and Vélez-Málaga. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for the large or several families. The terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains, the coast and the Mediterranean.

The villa was built in 2008 and is 170m2 with 105m2 terrace situated on 1200m2 plot. There is plenty of room for the large family both indoors and outdoors. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and there is wireless Internet access. Parking is available at the house, and the whole plot is fenced and accessed via electric gate.

There is also a original Petanque court which is free of charge.
