Luxury Penthouse in 2 levels at Miraflores Golf.
160 m2 of living space and 150 m2 of terrace area are exclusive and functionally furnished for a comfortable stay. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, several terraces, swimming pool area, private parking, etc.
The accommodation contains in the lower level:
Nice entrance with direct access to bright and beautifully furnished living room with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, Wifi and air conditioning. There is direct access to the south-facing terrace and the large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide both a fantastic light in the living room and a truly unique view of the golf course and the Mediterranean.
The terrace is covered and nicely furnished with a large solid dining table, patio furniture and glass curtains and serves as a good extension of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and one with direct access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower.
The upper floor contains; a spacious Master Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom en-suite with tub. Direct access to the penthouse terrace with amazing views to the golf course, the mountains and the Mediterranean.
The terrace is very spacious with over 100m2 and divided into several sections. Just outside the bedroom you will find some sun loungers from which you can enjoy the sun almost all day. Dining table, charcoal grill and parasol and an outdoor lounge arrangement
Communal areas:
There is a shared swimming pool area with Children's pool available all year round. There is private parking in the basement and another private parking spot is found outside, but inside the gated community.
Miraflores is perfectly located on the Costa del Sol, outside Malaga. It takes less than half an hour to drive from Malaga airport and only 20 minutes to Marbella.
There are only 100m to Miraflores Golf's clubhouse and you can look down on the course and the clubhouse from the terraces.
In Miraflores there is a smaller local shopping center with good shopping, supermarket, restaurants, banks, etc.
Beach restaurant with sun loungers and umbrellas.
A completed exclusive residence with a great location for a nice stay!
