Newly renovated and modern luxury apartment in La Solana de Nagüeles with a beautiful private infinity swimming pool.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and contains everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is in an open plan with the dining room as well as the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is a Smart TV. There is direct access to the covered terrace of 110 m2, which also has a dining area and sofa arrangement. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day.
From the terrace you have access to the beautiful private garden, as well as the large private infinity swimming pool, which is without doubt the biggest asset of this holiday home. Please note that although there are four other apartments in the same building, this completely private swimming pool is for your use only and no one else has access.
At the swimming pool there are sun loungers, covered dining area, barbecue (gas) and more. In the swimming pool there is also a small plateau where it is possible to sit at a table and enjoy a drink.

There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.

The beach is approx. 1 km away on foot. It is a wide sandy beach with a lovely promenade in both directions towards Marbella and Puerto Banús. The exclusive 'Golden Mile', Puerto Banus and Marbella are very close and both cities offer plenty of attractions, shops, restaurants, etc.
Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the pool and the beach, or want to explore Malaga and Andalusia, this apartment is a safe choice for a wonderful holiday.
