New and modern luxury apartment in Reserva del Higueron with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and contains everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is TV. The TV has channels from various different countries. There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture, sunbeds and more. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
There is 2 bedrooms:
The 1st bedroom contains 2 joined single beds and a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom contains 2 joined single beds and a wardrobe.
There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.
Within the urbanización there is a community swimming pool which is available all year. There are private sunbeds which you can bring from the apartment.
The beach is approximately 1 km away when going by road. The El Higueron area provides a Transporter pick-up service, and there is a pick-up point right outside the building. The beach is a wide sandy beach with a nice seafront in both directions towards Fuengirola and Benalmádena. You will find a good selection of restaurants and small shops. The Transporter runs from 9.40 - 19.40 every day and will take you to Playa Beach (Carvajal) or to the top entrance of the El Higueron area where you will find a small shopping center with restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket etc. From here you can walk to the charming Benalmádena Pueblo (approximately 25 minutes) or take the bus.
Please note that the El Higueron area is situated in a very steep and mountainous area, but that is no problem, as you can use the Transporter service throughout the whole El Higueron area.

The area in Reserva del Higueron has a lot to offer and the central part of the area consists of the Double Tree Hilton & Nagomi Spa and Sports Club. The beautiful spa-area offers massage, beauty and a hair salon, and a variety of sports facilities. Please note that the facilities offered by Nagomi Spa and Sports Club can be used only against paying the applicable fees of the club. The Double Tree Hilton hotel has a stunning Sky-bar at the top of the roof, with magnificent views of Fuengirola and the coastline. This bar is open to the public from 20.00 at night. The Sollo Restaurant, located in the hotel area, has won a lot of prices, the most prestigious being the Michelin star.
The Reserva del Higueron area can be described as an exclusive, quiet and gated community, with a 24-hour security service. The nearby cities Benalmádena and Fuengirola have a lot to offer. The old and charming historical part of Malaga Centre is also worth a visit. It offers a big variety of shops and restaurants and a variety of museums. The award winning Benalmádena Marina is also worth a visit and the ferry ride to Malaga is a lovely experience. Benalmádena Pueblo is a very charming area of Benalmádena, and if you wish to see some of the picturesque and beautiful white villages, Mijas or Ronda is a must.
The apartment is approximately a 15 minute drive from Malaga Airport - Costa del Sol. Car hire or own car is recommended, but you can also take the costal train directly from Malaga airport to Carvajal station and walk the last part to the property.
