Quality apartment with XL rooftop terrace and views of the Mediterranean Sea, located near Bil Bil Golf in Benalmadena near Malaga.
The apartment contains 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4 guests.
The master bedroom can accommodate 2 people and includes, air conditioning, large built-in closet, desk, en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The second bedroom contains a single bed with pull-out mattress, making room for 2 guests, built-in closet and air conditioning.
The living room is nice and simple furnished with dining table for 4 persons, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
The very special thing about this apartment is the very large 60m2 roof terrace, which is well equipped with large decking, sun umbrella, 2 sun loungers and barbecue. It overlooks Benalmadena and the Mediterranean Sea.
There are 2 private parking spaces in the p-cellar belonging to the apartment.
The community area is very well maintained with green palm trees, large swimming pool area with children's pool, sun umbrellas and toilet facilities. The pool area is available year round (Closed during the siesta in the middle of the day).
Bil Bil Golf and restaurant is located just a few hundred meters from the apartment. Car is not necessary, but recommended as distance to shopping and beach is over 1 km. In addition to Bil Bil Golf, you also have Torrequebrada Golf which is the nearest golf course.
The beach of Benalmadena Costa is amazing and there are plenty of sights and attractions in the area. Malaga center is only approx. 20 minutes away by car.
A quality apartment that is highly recommended for all seasons.
NOTE: It is possible to take public transportation from the airport to the apartment. Bus 103 is available near the apartment and goes to the nearest train station where it is possible to get to the airport.
